Residential Fixed Rate Mortgages


Our Fixed Rate mortgage charges a fixed interest rate for a set period of time. Once the fixed rate comes to an end, the mortgage will be switched to our standard variable rate. Loan sizes are between £1,000,000 and £10M. Product pricing, fees and features will be agreed on a case-by-case basis. Minimum income £150,000 (single or joint). Maximum loan term is 25 years. If a property is held within a Limited Company, please contact us for further guidance. 


Repayment: Your monthly mortgage payment can be arranged to cover both the capital you have borrowed and the interest charged. This will repay your loan at the end of the agreed term.

Interest-Only: With our Interest-Only mortgage, your repayments will only cover the interest due on the amount borrowed. Therefore, you must have a suitable repayment strategy to repay the capital borrowed.
FOLLOW ON RATES: Standard variable rate currently 4.99%
MAXIMUM LOAN: £10M
† Selected residential rates available as a Foreign Currency Mortgage– An additional fee of £500 will be charged for a Foreign Currency Mortgage.
All tracker accounts will track Bank of England rates to a minimum of 0%.
